Chris leaves this week for yet another trip abroad. It’s a good thing, really, as it means that business is good. But it’s tough for the family. And it’s definitely getting harder for Amy. Today, when we were in the car going to the Arboretum, Amy asked her dad, “Why do you love Germany more than us?”
He explained that it was about work, etc., and it wasn’t about loving Germany more. And she seemed okay with that answer. But it still makes you wonder what else goes on inside that little head of hers…
