Mexican Egg Rolls
Years ago, my friend’s mother used to make these amazing treats that she called “Mexican egg rolls.” It was basically a mixture of meat and beans in a spicy sauce wrapped in homemade dough.
Anybody know what I’m talking about? I loved them and I think my kids would, too. I’ve never been able to recreate the recipe.
