It’s Set.
Doctor has confirmed that Amy’s adenoids have to go. The surgery is the end of May.
I’m excited to have some kind of confirmation that something is wrong that can be fixed - besides the “she’s just small” or “it might be allergies” type of stuff. I have high hopes for the surgery.
Of course, since more than a few days can’t go by without Amy catching something, she spent all of this morning vomiting. I spent my yesterday vomiting. Please, please, please let this be the end of the vomit. I’m hoping against all that is holy that none of Charlie, Chris or Katie will get it.

I hope she (and you) are feeling better soon.

Hey Amy - I have a dear friend whose middle child also underwent this surgery. She was a bit woozy on the day of the surgery, and was running screaming the following day. Swimming (we were in Florida) on the day after that. It made such a dramatic improvement in the little girl’s life, it was just amazing. I know you and Amy (as well as the rest of y’all) will be fine.
