And the winner of our Second Annual Everyday Mother’s Day Award is… Carol Fritz!
Carol is a single mom extraordinaire who went back to law school after her divorce. A mother of one daughter, Carol balanced motherhood with being a student, sometimes taking her daughter along to law school with her as a necessity.
Now, a lawyer who owns and operates her own practice, Carol is an inspiration to moms everywhere who wonder how they’ll ever make it through adversity.

Kelly, thank you so much for this award. I am truly touched. Things I did for my family when Julia was growing up didn’t feel like adversity at the time - just obstacles in life to be overcome one-by-one.
