Wow. There’s just so much in the article to wrap your head around. But the one thing that stood out was the number of spankings. While I’m not going to insist that spanking is always wrong for every child, if you’re spanking your 2 year old an average of three times per week – shouldn’t a light be going on? Maybe it’s time to try something new?

What I want to know is who is spanking their one-yr-old?! I can’t imagine what a child that young would do to elicit such a response.
My parents stopped spanking me for this reason. One day my dad spanked me and I turned around and smacked him across the face and broke his glasses. I guess I was fortunate that they made the connection.
